12 month gastric balloon can be applied safely and cost-effectively in Turkey through the endoscopy method. The procedure takes approximately 20-25 minutes and initially checks for any discomfort in the abdominal area that could create an obstacle using an endoscopic camera. If no abnormalities are detected, a soft and flexible silicone elastomer gastric balloon is placed in the stomach. After being placed in the stomach, a catheter is used to fill the balloon with blue liquid, and the procedure is completed.

During this procedure, patients are kept under sedation to ensure a comfortable experience, and they wake up immediately after the procedure.
