You can easily book at Letsmedi.com web site by finding packages suitable for your preferred dates and features and making your selections from the detail page.

Your email is sent with a booking confirmation (PDF file) within 30 minutes of booking. If you didn’t get the email during this time, please check your spam/junk email filters.

You can easily make, change and cancel your reservations via the Letsmedi.com website or our customer service.

You can find detailed information in the confirmation email or on the package detail information page. You can contact the service provider directly for more information.

Some taxes and fees, such as booking/service fees, are included in the All-Inclusive package prices shown on our site, but those that are not included in the package, extra transactions and other services are not included in the fees and may vary depending on the factors of the service providers.
The treatment package is pre-booked and you secure a portion of your payment by performing it through Letsmedi. The incoming deposit is transferred to the Letsmedi pool account and secured with your package contents.
After booking, you can submit your requests for your transaction day or other service requests with the provider information in your PDF document or by contacting our support team.
When you create a request from our support center or through the “My reservations” page, you will receive a re-booking confirmation email.

Booking changes are subject to the conditions applicable to your booking. Due to the COVID-19 impact, changes in travel restrictions and restrictions remain in place in some places. Please check your destination for travel restrictions before making a treatment plan.

You must enter your promo code at the booking stage. You can get detailed information about the validity of your promotion by contacting our support team.
The document that must be with you when entering the provider is your passport. In addition, you can take your medical history documents and booking confirmation document requested before the transaction.

Payment & Cancellation & Refund

Yes. Your booking fee will be refunded within 24 hours of your cancellation request.
After choosing a package that matches your preferences, you can pay safely by entering your credit card information.
You can send your reservation cancellation or change request by clicking on the “My Reservations” tab with your reservation number.
When you cancel your reservation on Letsmedi, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. Check your account’s inbox and spam/junk mailboxes.

The payment method accepted for reservations is credit card. You can make your package reservation by entering your credit card information.
If the provider has a payment option, we will provide you with this information at the package details and booking stages, and you can select the transaction payment type accordingly and pay with a credit card at the provider.
